Exercising your way to debt freedom

Maybe you like to exercise maybe you don't but we all need to, right? What would happen to your body if you did not receive any exercise at all? Whether it's a walk, run, bike or gym, we have to have regular physical movement of some kind. Otherwise we shrivel up.

Getting out of debt is very much the same way. It requires effort and regular discipline. If you have ever tried to start exercising on a regular basis, you know how tough it is to keep it up. But what happens after 3 months; after 6 months of regular exercise? You start to notice the difference don't you?

No different with debt. You keep working at it and maintaining discipline in not spending and guess what; after 6 months, you'll notice a difference!

There is no quick fix to debt any more than there is a quick fix to getting in shape. It takes regular, methodical, consistent attention. You might not see the effects of it right away, but you will. And when you do, that is a GREAT motivator.
