Getting out of debt - reducing stress with a little order

Cleaning is never fun. It's not a joy to have to clean a mess and put things away...well at least for me. I would much prefer to just procrastinate on it. But of course, I can't.

Alas, if I do, problems occur. Things like mold, dirt, spider webs and such may take over. There'll be more of a tendency to loose stuff. It's more difficult to relax in a messy environment.

Managing money, bills, insurance, investments and other financial matters in the same way can have much worse a consequence than just a few spider webs. If you are trying to get out of debt, you have to stay organized and keep all that paper in order.

Yes, doing so will reduce the stress levels for sure, but it will also mean that bills will get paid on time and simple tasks will be quick and easy (because you can find what you need).

Staying organized will help any effort at debt reduction and make money management that much easier. With Christmas and other holidays just around the corner, maybe now is the perfect time for you to get things cleaned up.
