Life without debt is learned

Just wanted to share with you today how very important it is to read. I know it sounds basic; simple even. But just as reading and learning is important during election time, so it is with learning how to get out of debt and build wealth.

If one person that I didn’t know told me that I should invest thousands of dollars into a particular stock so I could make millions, would I? Heck no!

Instead, I would do some research and do some reading to determine if that was a good idea or not. But more than that, reading is an education; an exercise in learning.

It’s cliché and you’ve heard it a million times before, but reading and continually learning really will change your life. Is it magic? Nope. But it will open doors of opportunity that would otherwise remain closed and undiscovered.

Go to the library either in person or online and find a recently published book that talks about finances and managing your money. Pick one. Start reading. See what happens.
