Earlier this year, we had quite a bit of snowfall where I live and for quite a while afterward, there were these huge snowdrifts from where the plows had been. As you can imagine, even after a week of above-freezing temperatures, these big piles of snow were still around.

But guess what, they were melting; each day, getting smaller and smaller. Before long, these massive piles of snow that seemed like they would never melt, were gone forever.

Debt is just like that; like a massive pile of snow that seems like it will never go away. But it can be melted away.
